RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We understand if things didn't work out for you, and you may be disappointed with your purchase but here's the good news:

 

We offer you a "7 days to return and refund" your items starting from the day you receive your order. After the "7 days to return and refund" period we will exchange but not a provide you with a refund*. If you don't love your item(s) Please just send it back to us.

*When a refund is requested, it must be authorised by us, the item will need to be returned back to us at your own cost, once the item is safely returned to us a refund for the value of the item minus our Free shipping cost $9.95

We are happy to send you a credit coupon code via email for the same refund value amount for your next purchase online, what matters to us the most is for you to be happy with your purchase and our service.

Our credit coupon code is valid for 12 months and can only be redeemed on our website www.katiacrusinski.com.au and in full.

Please note:: We do not offer refunds on sale items. On sale items we only offer exchanges for the same item (unless an item is damaged.) or equal value (if out of stock)

Reason : Katia Crusinski Concept has a limited distinctive and unique collection range, we occasionally have limited stock items, so once stock runs out it’s gone forever! 

Please Note : the following instructions for returning items back to us.

  • Re-pack the item in its original packaging wherever possible and within reason.

  • Please note that returns will be made at your own cost and you will inform us of the parcel tracking number.

How do I return an item?

Prior to sending the item to us, please contact our

customer service first on 0452 635 139 or customer.service@katiacrusinski.com.au to notify us of your intention to return or exchange.

In the case of the return or exchange of product, you will need to ship the item in it’s original packaging to.

How do I track my order?

Our shipping to customer is handled by Australia Post, as part of our communication to you when your order is picked and shipped, you will receive a link to your tracking.

What are your delivery options?

 

Free Standard Shipping Australia wide will be provided with every order over $99, it usually takes between 5-10 days

Express Post delivery usually takes 1-2 days however this has an extra cost of $14.95
